I got a call Saturday morning from the very talented Matt Andrews asking if I could come second shoot at a wedding he had that afternoon. His original second shooter got food poisoning the night before and couldn't make it. I, of course, was happy to oblige, and I had a great time at Kevin & Christina's wedding! It was truly an honor to be a part of their big day! I enjoyed second shooting because I was able to focus more on the details and the spontaneous moments. Here are a few I like . . .

I couldn't decide if I liked the color or the black & white version of this one better . . .

You know I always find kids to photograph . . . no matter where I'm shooting! This was the sweet flower girl, who did a fabulous job, I might add!

I found this sign in the reception hall, and I thought it was too cute . . .

Matt let me play with his fisheye lens . . . very cool! I want to pick up one of these for myself!

The groom's mom was so cute, and she had some GREAT dance moves . . . seriously!

You can't have a reception without the cha-cha slide! Here are Kevin and Christina having some fun on the dance floor.

Thanks, Matt, for giving me this opportunity. I don't know that I want to do wedding photography full-time at this point in my life, but I admire those photographers who do. It's hard work, but it's such an honor, too. I had fun and hope to do this some more in the future.
